Summary

This study is testing an experimental oral medication called EYU688 to see if it can help people with dengue fever. Researchers want to find out if the drug can reduce the amount of virus in the blood, help fever go away faster, and improve other symptoms. The study will compare the effects of EYU688 against a placebo (a pill with no medicine) in about 108 adults recently diagnosed with dengue.
