Summary

This study is testing a new combination of drugs as the first treatment for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread and has a specific genetic change called BRAF V600E. The treatment combines an experimental immunotherapy drug with standard chemotherapy and another cancer drug. Researchers want to see if this combination is safe and can shrink tumors and help patients live longer.
