Summary
This early-phase trial tests whether adding two immune-boosting drugs (botensilimab and balstilimab) to a strong chemotherapy mix plus two oral medications (chloroquine and celecoxib) can help people with metastatic pancreatic cancer that hasn't been treated yet. The study includes 6 participants and focuses on finding the safest dose and checking for side effects. It aims to see if this combination can shrink tumors better than standard treatment.
