Four-Drug attack on tough breast cancer before surgery

Summary
This study is testing a new four-drug combination given before surgery for early, high-risk triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) with a specific genetic feature called HRD positive. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink or eliminate the tumor before it is surgically removed. The study will enroll about 20 women to evaluate how well the treatment works and how safe it is.
