First seen Nov 06, 2025 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study is testing a new treatment approach for adults with a type of blood cancer called B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). It combines standard chemotherapy with two targeted immunotherapy drugs, blinatumomab and inotuzumab ozogamicin, to see if this mix works better than chemotherapy alone. The study will enroll about 80 people with newly diagnosed or previously treated ALL. The goal is to improve how long patients stay cancer-free and their overall survival.
