NCT ID NCT07392541
First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests a new combination of four drugs for people with advanced bile duct cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The treatment adds an immunotherapy drug (adebrelimab) and a common cholesterol-lowering drug (simvastatin) to standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this mix can shrink tumors and keep the cancer from growing longer than standard treatment alone. About 29 participants will receive the same combination, and researchers will closely monitor safety and effectiveness.
