Summary
This study tested a new, locally made capsule to see if it can accurately diagnose slow-transit constipation. Twenty healthy volunteers and people with constipation took both the new capsule and a standard capsule at the same time. After five days, an abdominal X-ray counted how many markers remained. The goal was to see if the new capsule works as well as the standard one for diagnosis.
