Trial tests new surgical technique for colon cancer

Summary
This study aims to compare a newer surgical technique (LIRRH) with the standard surgery (TRH) for cancer in the right side of the colon. It will enroll 120 patients to see which approach leads to better long-term survival, fewer complications, and healthier gut bacteria after surgery. The main goal is to see if patients are cancer-free three years after their operation.
