Summary

This study is testing a new artificial disc device called Triadyme-C for people with chronic neck and arm pain caused by a single worn-out disc in the neck. It will compare the new device to other approved disc replacements to see if it is safe and effective. The goal is to relieve pain, improve neck function, and avoid the need for further surgeries at the treated level.
