Wrist access catheter aims to make carotid stenting safer and faster

Summary
This study tests a new guiding catheter designed for carotid artery stenting through the wrist (transradial access). The goal is to see if this catheter helps doctors successfully place a stent in the carotid artery within 10 minutes, while reducing complications and radiation exposure. About 204 adults with significant carotid artery narrowing will take part in this multicenter trial.
