Needle and Sugar-Water injection: a new hope for wrist pain?

Summary
This study is testing whether combining two newer, less invasive procedures works better than either one alone for carpal tunnel syndrome. Researchers will use an ultrasound-guided needle to partially cut a tight wrist ligament and inject a sugar-water solution around the pinched nerve. They aim to see if this combined approach provides better and longer-lasting relief from pain, numbness, and hand weakness for 102 participants.
