Summary
This study is for adults newly diagnosed with Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL). It tests a treatment plan that combines targeted drugs, reduced-intensity chemotherapy, and CAR-T cell therapy to deepen remission and reduce side effects. The goal is to improve survival and quality of life by using immunotherapy earlier in treatment. About 82 participants will be enrolled.
