Scientists test Double-Punch cell therapy to fight tough cancers

NCT ID NCT07475182

Summary

This early study is testing a new two-part cell therapy for people with advanced solid cancers that have not responded to standard treatments. It combines two types of modified immune cells—dendritic cells and CAR-T cells—to try to help the immune system find and kill cancer cells more effectively. The main goal is to see if this combination is safe and shows early signs of working in a small group of 10 patients.
