Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new radioactive drug called [177Lu]Lu-NNS309 in adults with advanced pancreatic, lung, breast, or colorectal cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose, see how the drug moves through the body, and get an early look at whether it can shrink tumors. Researchers will first test increasing doses in a small group, then give the chosen dose to more people to check safety and early signs of effectiveness.
