Summary
This is an early safety study testing a new drug called PF-08046037, both alone and combined with another immunotherapy drug (sasanlimab), in people with advanced cancers. The study is enrolling a small group of people with specific advanced cancers like lung, head and neck, melanoma, or pancreatic cancer. The main goal is to find a safe dose and understand how the body handles the drug, not to cure the cancer.
