Summary
This early-stage study aims to find a safe dose of a new cancer drug called GSK5533524, either alone or combined with other treatments, for adults with advanced solid tumors that haven't responded to standard therapies. Researchers will monitor how well participants tolerate the drug, how it moves through the body, and whether it can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth. The goal is to gather enough information to select the best dose for future testing.
