Summary

This is the first human study of an experimental drug called ANS014004 for people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goal is to check the drug's safety, side effects, and how the body processes it in about 63 adult participants. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug might help shrink tumors in patients with specific genetic changes in their cancer.
