First patients receive experimental Cancer-Fighting drug

Summary
This is the first human study testing a new immune therapy drug called IMC-P115C for people with advanced cancers that have a specific protein marker called PRAME. The trial will enroll 140 participants to check if the drug is safe and shows early signs of working, both alone and combined with standard treatments. The main goal is to find the right dose and understand side effects before testing in larger groups.
