First patients to test new pill for Tough-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This is the first study in people to test a new oral drug called FX-909. It aims to find a safe dose and see how well the body handles it, both alone and when combined with an existing immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab). The study is for adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments, including a specific type of advanced bladder cancer.
