Experimental cancer drug enters human testing for Tough-to-Treat tumors
NCT ID NCT06730750
Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called BMS-986490, both alone and combined with an existing cancer drug (bevacizumab), for people with advanced solid tumors that have specific markers. The study aims to determine if the treatment is safe and effective for cancers like colorectal, lung, and stomach that have stopped responding to standard treatments. Researchers will enroll 360 participants to monitor side effects and see if tumors shrink.
