Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety and initial effectiveness of a new drug called RO7496353 when given with an existing immunotherapy drug, with or without standard chemotherapy. It is for adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be cured, including certain types of lung, stomach, and pancreatic cancer. The main goal is to see if the combination is safe and tolerable for patients.
