New hope for kids battling leukemia that Won't quit
NCT ID NCT05317403
Summary
This study is testing a new three-drug combination for children and young adults whose acute myeloid leukemia (AML) has returned or hasn't responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if adding a drug called venetoclax to two other medications makes chemotherapy more effective and tolerable. The trial will enroll up to 40 participants to find the safest dose and see if this approach leads to better, longer-lasting responses.
