First human trial launches for new leukemia drug cocktail
NCT ID NCT06514261
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new combination of three drugs (iadademstat, venetoclax, and azacitidine) for adults with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who have not yet received treatment. The main goals are to find the safest and most effective dose and to understand the side effects. Researchers will also look for early signs that the treatment is working against the cancer.
