New drug combo aims to wipe out leukemia in adults

NCT ID NCT06738368

Summary

This study is testing a combination of chemotherapy drugs and a newer enzyme-blocking drug (JZP458) to treat adults newly diagnosed with a fast-growing blood cancer called acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). The goal is to see if this combination can eliminate cancer cells more effectively. The trial is for adults who may not be good candidates for the standard, more intensive pediatric treatment regimen.
