New nerve bridge could replace need for graft surgery

Summary
This study compares a new device called NeuroSpan Bridge to two standard treatments for repairing injured nerves in arms or legs. About 80 adults with nerve gaps up to 3 cm will be randomly assigned to one of the three treatments. The goal is to see if the new device restores feeling and movement as well as or better than current options, while tracking safety issues like infection or pain.
