Brain training for bullseyes: new study tests neuroscience exercises in young archers
NCT ID NCT07051577
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a six-week program of neuroscience-based exercises—including balance, core, and eye-tracking training—can improve shooting accuracy and muscle control in archers aged 15 to 18. About 22 licensed archers will take part, with one group doing the exercises and the other serving as a control. The goal is to understand how these exercises affect performance and help prevent injuries, not to treat or cure any disease.
