First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding a nerve stimulation technique (neuromodulation) to standard exercise therapy can improve pain, movement, and quality of life in adults with leg muscle or joint problems. Sixty-four participants will be split into four groups: some get exercise plus neuromodulation, others get exercise only, with sessions either two or three times per week for six months. The goal is to see if the extra stimulation provides added benefit for daily function and pain relief.
