Summary

This study tests whether people with overweight or obesity can learn to change their brain's response to food cues using real-time neurofeedback. Fifty participants will undergo brain scans while practicing techniques to reduce craving-related brain activity. The goal is to see if this training lowers cravings and leads to healthier eating choices over one month.
