Wearable brain scanner tests Meal-Time training to curb binge eating
NCT ID NCT05614024
Summary
This study is testing whether a single session of real-time brain training during eating can help women with bulimia nervosa. Participants wear a special headband that reads brain activity while they eat, and they receive feedback meant to strengthen brain control. Researchers will check if this training reduces binge eating and purging episodes and improves self-control around food.
