Summary
This study looks at how moving the hip inward or outward during nerve stretching changes the stiffness of the sciatic nerve. Researchers will use ultrasound to measure nerve stiffness in 12 healthy, active adults. The goal is to find the best position for nerve stretching, which may help athletes and people in rehab.
