Summary
This study is testing a vaccine designed to teach the immune system to fight neuroblastoma, a serious childhood cancer. It is for children whose cancer is currently in remission (no evidence of disease). Researchers want to see if adding an oral supplement called beta-glucan on a specific schedule makes the vaccine work better to prevent the cancer from returning.
