Summary
This study tested a supplement called Neurexan in 81 adults with short-term insomnia (less than 3 months). Participants took Neurexan or a placebo for 14 days. Researchers measured sleep quality using brain activity monitors and stress levels using ice-water hand immersion tests and hormone samples. The goal was to see if Neurexan improves sleep efficiency and reduces stress better than a placebo.
