Summary
This early-phase study tests a new cell therapy called NEUK203-13 in people with advanced small cell lung cancer or neuroendocrine tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The therapy uses specially engineered immune cells (CAR-NK cells) made from stem cells, which are given as an infusion after a short course of chemotherapy. The main goal is to check safety and tolerability, while also looking for early signs that the treatment can shrink or control tumors.
