Zapping neck nerves to ease chronic headaches

NCT ID NCT07366060

Summary

This study is testing a procedure called pulsed radiofrequency to treat headaches that originate from problems in the neck. Doctors will use ultrasound to guide the treatment to a specific nerve in the upper neck. The goal is to see if this minimally invasive approach safely reduces pain and headache frequency for people who haven't gotten enough relief from medications or physical therapy.
