Summary

This study is testing if a brief session of electrical nerve stimulation can immediately improve leg strength in athletes with chronic knee tendon pain (jumper's knee). Each participant will try three different types of stimulation to see which one works best. The goal is to help doctors and trainers choose the right settings to help athletes recover and perform better.
