One-Hour zaps could speed nerve healing

Summary

This study tests a temporary electrical stimulation system that delivers a single 1-hour therapy to help heal recently injured peripheral nerves. Researchers will check if it safely improves sensory recovery in 110 adults with nerve injuries. People with existing nerve damage or implanted devices cannot join.
