New surgery aims to restore erections in men after prostate cancer

Summary

This study tests a nerve grafting surgery to help men who have had erectile dysfunction for over 18 months after prostate cancer surgery. The procedure connects healthy nerves to the damaged ones to try to restore natural erections. One hundred men will be followed for a year to see if the surgery works and is safe.
