Summary
This study tested three different nerve blocks (TAP, ESP, and PVB) to see which one works best for pain after gallbladder removal. Sixty adults having laparoscopic gallbladder surgery were randomly assigned to one of the three blocks. Researchers measured pain levels, need for extra pain medicine, and side effects after surgery.
