Summary

This study aims to see how well African hospitals follow established treatment guidelines for children with nephroblastoma (kidney cancer). Researchers will track 1,000 children receiving standard cancer treatment to monitor whether hospitals follow recommended protocols and how this affects survival. The goal is to understand treatment challenges in Africa and improve future cancer care programs.
