Summary
This study tests giving immunotherapy before surgery for cancers that haven't spread. The goal is to shrink tumors, boost the immune system, and lower the chance of cancer coming back. About 200 participants will receive treatments matched to their unique immune and tumor profile, using a rapid blood and tissue test called PORTRAIT.
