New baby blood pressure monitor could save tiny lives

Summary

This study tests a new, gentle device called Boppli that continuously measures blood pressure in newborn babies in the NICU. Researchers will compare it to the standard arm cuff to see if it works better at finding high blood pressure. About 30 infants at risk for high blood pressure will take part, with follow-up until age 1.
