New bone graft material under study for stronger dental implants

Summary
This study is testing a material called Neobone® that helps grow new bone in the jaw for dental implants. Researchers want to see if it is safe and works well. About 66 adults who need bone reconstruction for dental implants will take part. The study will check bone growth and any side effects over 6 months.
