NCT ID NCT06731803

First seen Mar 23, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining the targeted drug trastuzumab-deruxtecan with other treatments before surgery is safe and feasible for people with HER2-positive stomach or esophagus cancer that has not spread. About 36 adults will receive the drug combinations before their planned surgery. The goal is to see if the treatment can be given as planned without serious side effects, and to measure how well it controls the disease.
