Summary
This early-phase trial tests a custom-made vaccine for people with a rare and aggressive brain cancer called diffuse hemispheric glioma with an H3 G34 mutation. The vaccine is made from the patient's own immune cells and is designed to teach the body to attack the tumor. The main goals are to check if the vaccine is safe and to find the best dose.
