Summary
This study tests whether giving targeted drugs before surgery can make advanced lung cancer removable. It includes 120 people with stage III lung cancer that has rare gene changes and cannot be surgically removed at first. The goal is to see if the drugs shrink the tumor enough for successful surgery.
