NCT ID NCT07014150

First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving a combination of two immunotherapy drugs (iIparomlimab and tuvonralimab) plus a targeted therapy (lenvatinib) before surgery can help shrink liver cancer and lower the chance of it coming back. About 33 adults with resectable liver cancer at high risk of recurrence will receive the drugs for 9 weeks before surgery. Researchers will monitor how well the tumors respond and track any side effects.
