Summary
This study tests whether giving a combination of local treatments (TACE or ablation) and immunotherapy drugs before surgery can lower the chance of liver cancer coming back. It involves 105 adults with resectable liver cancer at intermediate-to-high risk of recurrence. The goal is to see if these pre-surgery treatments improve recurrence-free survival compared to surgery alone.
