Summary

This study tests whether adding the drug serplulimab to standard chemotherapy before surgery can eliminate all signs of triple-negative breast cancer in 46 women. Participants receive the combination weekly, then have surgery to check if the cancer is gone. The goal is to see if this approach improves outcomes for this hard-to-treat cancer.
