Summary
This study tests whether giving two drugs—nivolumab and an anti-IL-8 antibody—before surgery is safe and feasible for people with head and neck cancer. About 24 participants will receive the combination before their operation. The goal is to see if this approach can help shrink tumors and improve outcomes without causing severe side effects.
