First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study tests a combination of two immunotherapy drugs (iparomlimab and tuvonralimab), a PARP inhibitor (olaparib), and chemotherapy (paclitaxel) given before surgery to 20 women with early high-risk triple negative breast cancer that has a specific genetic marker (HRD positive). The goal is to see if this approach can eliminate all cancer cells in the breast and lymph nodes by the time of surgery. Participants will receive six 3-week cycles of treatment, then undergo standard breast cancer surgery.
